Pick something that matters to you – something YOU really, really, really, really, WANT – not what someone else thinks you should want .. What YOU WANT
Step 3. Divide and Conquer
Start small – size matters!

Internet Marketers – how many new subscribers can you attract in the next 30 days?
BELIEVE that you CAN do it!

You have to understand what actions you need to take to make this goal actualize

Send to Safelists
Add new Safelists to your group as you are ready.
Facebook Invites (5 a day)
Engaging Facebook contacts (starting a conversation)
Engage in Facebook groups
Twitter – share your posts
Google + – share your posts
Add new members to your Google+ Circle
Blogging – Daily with our Authority Blog
Skype – Start at least 5 new conversations on Skype every day
Follow Up with any new subscribers

When creating your master list, estimate the time to complete each activity so that scheduling is simpler. Prioritize items that bring results

These follow you to the next day and can be reprioritized. Be careful not to continually move the same items forward – if this happens, you need to reprioritize.
HINT: from “Ask and It Is Given”: Use Process #10 “The Place Mat Process” and create two lists, on the left, all the things you WILL get done and all the things you’d like the Universe to do.

What is a Positive Mental Attitude

What are YOU thinking about all the time?
Are you thinking about those bills you need to pay or the money you don’t have? Do you recognize that feeling in the pit of your stomach that indicates something is not right?
How you feel is a perfect indication of what you are thinking about.
Where are YOUR thoughts focused?
Do you know when your thinking is not where you want it to be? Are you aware of your negative thoughts? It’s important to take time each day to clear your mind and become aware of thoughts you don’t want and replace them with thoughts you DO want.
Steps to Develop a Positive Mental Attitude
Luckily, there are steps you can take to develop a positive mental attitude. It starts with deciding to do it and then doing it 🙂 Make a commitment to feel good all the time.
How to Recognize a Negative Mental Attitude
It takes practice to recognize a negative attitude. The best way is to focus on how you feel. If you are feeling tense, anxious, nervous, angry, chances are your thoughts are negative. Your feelings are the best indication of your thoughts.
How to Turn a Negative Attitude Around
Turning a negative attitude around takes practice and with practice becomes easier and easier. It really is a matter of knowing when you are being negative and deciding to change it. My mentor and life coach, Devlyn Steele always reminds us that “your attitude is your decision, so decide to make it a good one”. Sometimes all it takes is making the decision.
Focus Your Mind on Positive Thoughts
Create a dream board with pictures of items that make you feel good, items you want to buy, places you want to go, people you want in your life. Surround yourself with things that make you feel good. Keep a gratitude journal and begin and end each day listing the things you are grateful for. Trust me, we all have many things to be grateful for, starting with the fact you are here reading this post.
Change Your Words Change the World
Your words have power! Think of the words you say and think. Are they good words? Are you complaining or smiling? Do you use any of these words?

Guess
Should
These 5 little words can destroy any good thoughts. Practice using good words.
Practice Does Make Perfect!
It may take a while to notice the changes in your life. Practice indeed does make perfect. Take 10 minutes each day (yes just 10 minutes) to clear your mind and decide to FEEL GOOD ALL DAY! You can do it! Listen to motivational music, inspirational speakers, whatever you need to keep you in that feel good state.
